Includes gameboard, 8 Tokens, 28 Title Deed Cards, 16 Chance Cards, 16 Community Chest Cards, 32 Houses, 12 Hotels, 2 Dice, Money Pack and instructions.

Early in 2021, Hasbro asked the public how it would like the Community Chest cards updated. In October 2021 this new edition was released with the new versions of the 16 Community Chest cards.
Points to note of this edition is the only way to tell the difference in the cards generally is a sticker on the outer plastic and gone once you open it.
