In 1869 the North Melbourne Football Club was born. With an unmatched fighting spirit and determination to succeed, the team also known as the Kangaroos, is one of the most envised clubs in the competition and one of the oldest in the world. Boasting four remarkable premierships in 1975, 1977, 1996 and 1999, the club's spiritual home at Arden Street remains an iconic-city landmark. Those lucky enough to have played in the royal blue and white stripes are dubbed "Shinboners"; a term that dates back to the 19th-century.
Being a Shinboner is a badge of honor and given only to those who uphold the club's values and strong culture. For the first time, Wayne Carey, Glenn Archer and Brent Harvey will line up alongside greats including Barry Cable, Malcolm Blight and Wayne Schimmelbusch, led by legendary coaches Denis Pagan and Ron Barassi. So open the box, choose your favourite club token, and always remember the club's motto - Victoria amat curam - "Victory Demands Dedication".
