1976 saw a facelift on the #9. A picture of the fourth side of the board from "GO" to "Chance" graces the cover above "MONOPOLY" in white inside a red stripe. "Parker Brothers Real Estate Trading Game" is written in black under the stripe. The game came with eight tokens including the thimble, race car, top hat, wheelbarrow, iron, Scottie dog, shoe, and horse and rider. It has the same blue bound board as it’s predecessor and it has a blue cardboard insert inside with Monopoly facts and FAQs on it.
I know of two variations; one with a blank box bottom and one with a picture of the game on the bottom. This was the only version available from 1976-1984.
