Casa
(Italy)

Casa.it, the website and the reference app for those looking for a house and for Real Estate professionals, which brings together the offer of more than 12,000 affiliated real estate agencies, builders and private advertisers, presents its Monopoly, the most famous bargaining game in the world that in 2020 will celebrate 85 years of history. Casa.it has created a new edition of the game, limited edition, to collect.

A completely customized version from Casa.it from the board to the pawns, from houses to hotels, from contracts to unexpected cards and probability, from money to packaging, where the world of Real Estate is exalted. The colours of Casa.it, red and white, replace the traditional green, and the pattern with the Casa.it logo becomes the centre of the board.

The Monopoly Casa.it special edition will be aesthetically characterized by the institutional colours of the portal specializing in the purchase and sale of real estate, while the properties dedicated to the Stations, Electric Company and Water Works are replaced by special properties dedicated to the application on the website of Casa.it (Electric Company and Water Works) and real estate agencies (Stations).

The Community Chest and Chance cards are rewritten paying particular attention to all events related to the search for a house, such as the establishment of a mortgage, the costs of restructuring and the choice of the right photographs to render an advertisement more efficient.

This Special Edition Casa.it was limited to 5,000 pieces. The game was not on sale and to get this special edition you had to participate in an online contest on the portal Casa.it.

With the Monopoly Special Edition Casa.it we can all have the opportunity to be great owners of land, houses, hotels and real estate agencies. All that remains is to sit at the gaming table, take the contracts, roll the dice, move the pieces and play to win, starting with the construction of the first house (the first of many). Because if it's home, it's Casa.it.
